BOARDS & COMMISSIONS
The Planning Commission meets the first Thursday of every month at 7:30pm at the Town Fire Hall.
The Toms Brook Planning Commission consists of five (5) members appointed by the Town Council, all of whom are residents of the Town qualified by knowledge and experience to make decisions and recommendations to Town Council on matters related to community growth and development. These matters include applications regarding site plans, special use permits, re-zonings and zoning ordinance text amendments.
One of those members is also a member of the Town Council and serves as its liaison.

Board of Zoning Appeals
The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) consists of five (5) members appointed by the Town Council, all of whom are residents of the Town. The BZA hears and decides appeals from any order, requirement, decision, or determination made by the zoning administrator or administrative officer in the administration or enforcement of the zoning ordinance.
Office Hours: Tuesday and Wednesday from 9AM to 1PM and Thursday 1:30PM to 5:30 PM.
The Town Council meets the second Thursday of every month at 7:00PM at the Town Fire Hall.
The Town Council is the legislative body responsible for adopting all ordinances and resolutions, approving the annual operating and capital budgets, making land use and zoning decisions, and establishing long range plans and policies.
